- What is your hourly rate?
We don't have an hourly rate
just our $75 flat fee!
- So, if you only charge $75 flat, what's the catch?
There's no "catch"
for additional payment from you. You will need to bring the computer to us
for repair though. We also offer a pickup and dropoff service for a nominal
fee. Parts, if needed, are extra but you will be advised before we install any
additional hardware.
- Ok, so you only charge a flat fee of $75! What if you are unable to fix
the computer?
Then there is no charge! No fix, no charge.
- How long will I be out of a computer?
Most repairs can be done in
a day. For problems that require a lot of work or repair of multiple problems,
it could take a few days. You will be advised when you call when you could
expect your computer back.
- I need my computer back immediately, can I get it back the same day if I drop it off in the morning?
It usually takes us between 3-7 hours to fix a computer properly after we have started. This includes cleaning the hard drive of any viruses and/or malware, backup files, troubleshooting the problem, physically cleaning the computer of all dust and performing hard disk maintenance. We try our best to turn your computer around as quickly as possible.
- I would like to have something installed in my house. Do you do housecalls?
Yes!
We do housecalls at reasonable rates, but the $75 flat rate only applies to computers
dropped off or picked up.
